Returns And Exchanges
We hope you love the items found at Pansy Bayou . Please notify Pansy Bayou by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request an exchange or repair authorization. You must ship items for return or repair within seven days of receiving the repair authorization. Pansy Bayou retains the right to refuse exchanges or repairs shipped without authorization. All items must be unused and in original packaging. When returning items, we recommend that you make sure items are well packed and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that your return is sent via traceable method. Pansy Bayou will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Sale items and made-to-order items including art prints, drapery, pillows, and furniture are nonrefundable. Larger items such as furniture, rugs and artwork incur a restocking fee of 30% of the retail price. Pansy pillow returns are subject to inspection and may only be returned for store credit if accepted.
